50% of the payment is a deposit and will be asked for upfront. The deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. Second half will be asked for once the service is done.
References are preferred (at least 3) before starting.
Cancellation PolicyIf the service is cancelled anywhere at any point in time after WIPs have been sent, you will not receive a refund for the the deposit. This is to compensate for my time spent on the commission time.
Cancelling means I have full rights to use the asset for personal or commercial use.(Excluding OC/Adoptables)
Credit must be given (my name and my Discord or store).
Do not claim as your own.
Sharing or redistributing work by itself is prohibited.
Do not take parts of the mesh or texture in any shape or form to resell, combine, or used with other meshes/textures.
Can only be redistributed on COMPLETE sale, public, free, or nitro models. Not by itself.
Stripping and reselling individual parts of the assets is not allowed.
If you're banned from my server, all access to my assets and models will be REVOKED. Meaning you are not allowed to use my assets any longer.
Using my assets for any type of VTubing, streaming or social media is okay as long as commercial rights are bought.
